iOS and Android requirements

The app needs an iPhone with iOS 18 or later, or an Android phone with Android 10 or later. It is free to download from the App Store and Google Play; hsring.com/app takes you to the right one.

Whichever phone you use, the ring keeps seven days of samples on board, so syncing once a week loses nothing.
