What you get every morning.
One recovery score
Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, temperature deviation and sleep, each weighed against your own fourteen-day baseline. Open the score to see the inputs that produced it.
Stages, not guesses
Sleep sessions, stages and efficiency read from the finger, where the pulse signal is strongest. Staging tunes itself to you after seven nights.
A nightly apnea screen
Oxygen dips paired with a heart-rate surge are flagged, and after fourteen nights the app shows a risk band with the event count behind it. A screening aid, not a diagnosis.
Export it or delete it
Export as JSON or CSV, or delete your account in Settings → Privacy and data. No advertising, and no data sold.
Charge and pair
A full charge takes 65 minutes in the case. Open the app with the ring within a metre of the phone and follow the pairing screen.
Wear it the first night
Index finger of your non-dominant hand. The ring records on its own and stores seven days, so the phone can be in another room.
Read the morning report
The first nights are recorded in full; the recovery score settles once it has a fourteen-day baseline to compare against.
Questions about the app
Do I need the app?
Yes. The ring records on its own, but the app is where the readings, trends and morning report are shown.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later, and Android 10 or later. The ring keeps seven days of samples on board, so syncing once a week loses nothing.
Does the app cost anything?
The app is free to download, and its core features are free to use: sleep, heart rate, HRV, temperature, the morning report and data export. We may add optional paid features later; the core features stay free.
Does it work without the cloud?
Yes. Cloud backup is optional and asked for separately. If you never turn it on, your health data stays on your phone and your ring.
Stuck on something?
The help centre covers pairing, syncing, battery life and getting your data out.
