Shipping policy

HandSpring ships within the United States only.

Rates
Standard shipping is $9, and orders of $99 or more ship free. Sizing kits always ship free. We do not offer express shipping.

When your order ships
We sell from stock and ship your order once it has been packed. You will receive an email with tracking when it leaves our warehouse.

Made-to-order items
If a product page says an item is made to order, we start making it after you place your order. We will email you with tracking when it ships.

Sizing kits
The sizing kit ships separately by tracked post, usually within two days of your order.

Address changes
We can change a delivery address at any time before an order ships. Email support@hsring.com with your order number.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email support@hsring.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. Our return policy explains what happens next.
