Refund policy

Returns
You can return HSRing for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Wearing the ring to judge the fit or the data is expected and does not affect your return: it only needs to come back undamaged and complete, with its charging case and everything else that came in the box, in its original packaging. We cannot accept a return with parts missing.

To start a return, email support@hsring.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions, so return shipping costs you nothing. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There are no restocking fees.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on ring orders, and if you return an item because it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we also refund any shipping charge you paid.

Resizing
If the fit is wrong after delivery, we resize your ring once at no cost within 30 days of delivery. Email support@hsring.com with your order number and the size you want. A resize does not restart the return window: you can still return the ring within 30 days of the original delivery.

Changing the finish
To switch to a different finish, return the ring within 30 days of delivery and place a new order for the finish you want. If your order has not shipped yet, email support@hsring.com and we can change it before it leaves.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships. Email support@hsring.com with your order number and we refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method. If an item is made to order, you can cancel it until we start making it.

Damaged in transit, wrong or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the package or ring is damaged, or you received the wrong item or something is missing, email support@hsring.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Sizing kits
The sizing kit is free and does not need to be sent back.

Discount codes
Orders placed with a discount code can be returned on the same terms as any other order. The refund is the amount you actually paid.

Refunds
We will email you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email support@hsring.com.

After 30 days
Once the return window has closed, faults are covered by our one-year limited warranty.
