Using the sizing kit

The kit holds seven plastic sizers covering US 7 to 13. Start at bedtime, when fingers are largest, and pick the sizer that slides over the knuckle with slight resistance. Sleep in it; if it has moved or spun freely by morning, go down one size the next night.

When the sizer still fits in the morning, choose the size printed inside it when you order your ring.
