One-year limited warranty

Every HSRing comes with a one-year limited warranty from the day it is delivered. It covers defects in materials and workmanship in the ring, including its battery and sensors, and in the charging case. A battery that can no longer hold 80% of its original capacity within that year counts as a defect.

To make a claim, email support@hsring.com with your order number and what the ring is doing. We pay shipping both ways. The full terms, including what is not covered, are in the HSRing Limited Warranty.
